- Planning your Garden Thursday May 11 6-9 @Holmes Farm Barn Come enjoy an evening of planning and plotting. We will discuss sun exposure, soil types, companion planting and succession planting. Leave with a plan, a map of your garden, some seeds (seed exchange) plus a plant to two from our seedlings.

DIG IT! Learning and VOlunteering
Re-skinning the Greenhouse !!MAY 7! 8-2 $15 or $10 w/ shared lunch
Volunteers will be served lunch. Please let us know of any restrictions or allergies well in advance. Wear closed toe shoes and long pants appropriate for farm work. We have tools(hammers, drills, levels, skill saw, etc) but if you have your own, the more the merrier. NO KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY! This is a fun learning event that includes work! Bring a dish for lunch and save $5.00! (Limited availability)
Composting Our Waste. TBD 9-4 $15 or $10 w/shared lunch
Renovating our compost pile. Building a new community compost bin. You get to take home 2 5- gal buckets for free (a $10 value) to use for our new Community Compost Program
VOLUNTEER DAYS 9am-4pm Stay for increments of two hours or the whole day!

Plant Sale May 13 12-5
Come join us to say hi and have some fun to start this season off right. We will have seedlings for sale; yummy early greens just harvested from the high-tunnel; a meet and greet with Amy and Jen; vendors for your last minute Mother’s Day gifts; and an antique yard sale. Movie Nights June 4 6pm; July 7 8pm; Aug 18 8pm; 8pm Members free, Non-Members are $5 each or families for $20 (1-2 adults, plus up to 4 kids) Adult supervision required for children under 13.
Come enjoy an evening on the farm and watch a movie. The movies will be related to agricultural topics. Stay tuned to our website and FB page to see what’s playing each month. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and a cooler if you like. Some food may be available for purchase. We will keep FB and the website updated!
Farm to Table

Member Appreciation Harvest Festival Sept 10 11-5
Members come let us say THANKS! by offering you free food at our cookout and Harvest Fest! We will have games, vendors, crafts, and general great fun. Non-members are more than welcome but will be asked to pay-per-plate for food.
